After many stressful days and nights, waiting for official word, France has opened back up to US citizens who have no purpose beyond a holiday in the “City of Light”!
Specifically, travelers need to have been fully vaccinated (which is only 2wks after the final shots, at least for Moderna) AND have a negative Covid-19 test (NAAT/ID-NOW) no more than 72hrs before departure.
